New Mine Manager Pasi Hieta­nen Values Opera­tio­nal Clari­ty and Strate­gic Planning

Versatile mining expert Pasi Hietanen started as the Mine Manager at Endomines in November 2024. Pasi is responsible for the production and strategic production planning of the Pampalo and Hosko mines.

Endomines’ new Mine Manager, Pasi Hietanen, is a mining engineer with extensive experience in both underground and open-pit mining production and strategic production planning in Finland and abroad. He transitioned to the role from Laiva Gold Oy in Raahe and has previously worked with First Quantum Minerals in Kevitsa and Mauritania, Tapojärvi Oy at the Kemi mine, and Nordic Gold at the Laiva mine in Raahe.

In his new role, Hietanen was particularly interested in the opportunity to expand his experience in underground mining and the extensive development opportunities. At Endomines, Pasi is responsible for the production and strategic production planning of the Pampalo and Hosko mines.

It is great to see how ideas are put into practice and enhance operations. I am eager to enhance the mine’s operations, making them even more transparent and strategically organized,” says Hietanen.
