Flagging notifications

Notifications of significant shareholders

Large shareholders have an obligation to report significant changes in their shareholdings in Endomines. The obligation arises when the proportion of all the shares or votes in the company reaches or exceeds certain limits, upwards or downwards.

The thresholds are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 66 (2/3) and 90 per cent of the votes or shares in the company. When these thresholds are reached or exceeded, the natural or legal person whose holding has changed must notify the company and the Financial Supervisory Authority of this.

Flagging notifications must be submitted to Endomines Finland Plc without undue delay by email to ir@endomines.com.

More information about shareholders’ notification obligation is available on the Financial Supervisory Authority website under Notification of major holdings.

The flagging notifications are available in the Releases section of the Endomines website.
