Closed Period

In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), members of Endomines’ Board of Directors and Management Team may not, directly or indirectly, trade in the Company’s financial instruments on their own account or for the account of a third party during a closed period.

In addition, persons involved in the preparation of the Company’s financial reports, as well as other individuals designated by the Company, may not, directly or indirectly, trade in the Company’s financial instruments on their own account or for the account of a third party during a closed period (the so-called extended closed period).

The closed period begins 30 days before the publication of the Company’s financial statements release, half-year report, or interim report and ends 24 hours after the publication. At other times, trading in the Company’s financial instruments is permitted, provided that the individual is not included in a project-specific insider list and does not otherwise possess inside information.
