Whist­le­b­lowing

We are committed to acting responsibly and in accordance with ethical principles, laws and regulations. It is important to us to promote openness and transparency and to address any problems so that they can be resolved as early as possible. Therefore, we encourage our customers, partners and employees to report any suspected misconduct or unethical behaviour. This enables us to prevent or address misconduct, resolve issues and develop our risk management and corporate culture.

Notifications can be submitted through our electronic reporting channel or by contacting the manager or person in charge directly. If problems arise in the workplace, we encourage employees to primarily contact their supervisor, the HR unit or the employee representative. Notifications can also be submitted anonymously through the reporting channel.

The whistleblowing channel is intended only for reporting suspected misconduct. All reports are processed with absolute confidentiality.
