New Energy for Communication and Sustainability Reporting!
Anni Turpeinen has started as the Communications Manager, and Heidi Salonaho as the ESG Controller at Endomines.
In September, two new employees joined Endomines’ headquarters in Espoo. Anni Turpeinen (MSc) took over communications, and Heidi Salonaho (MSc Econ) took charge of ESG reporting. Anni transitioned from a communications agency, while Heidi returned from parental leave, having previously worked as a Group Controller in the finance team.
As the ESG Controller, Heidi is responsible for developing and maintaining processes for ESG reporting, assessing and managing risks, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and standards. Anni, on the other hand, is responsible for internal and external communications and investor relations. She has previously worked in B2B and B2C communications at agencies and as a content creator in her own company.
“Learning new tasks has made these first weeks fly by. The atmosphere at Endomines is relaxed, warm, and welcoming, both in Espoo and Pampalo. It’s inspiring to develop Endomines’ communications to be more effective and strategic,” says Anni.

It’s great to dive into this topic and develop our reporting process towards higher quality sustainability information,” adds Heidi.
