Endomines’ 2024 Highlights and Outlook for 2025

The end of the year is an excellent time to pause and reflect on what has happened, as well as to look ahead to the coming year.

The year 2024 has been significant and eventful for Endomines

Here are the top four highlights:

1. Remarkable gold discoveries in Kartitsa: Endomines reported excellent gold discoveries in the Kartitsa area on the Northern Gold Line. The results confirm the area’s exceptional gold potential.

2. Growth in gold production: Although the gold production guidance for 2024 was lowered, production is expected to increase by 8-15% compared to 2023. This indicates continuous development and growth.

3. Opening of the Hosko mine: Endomines opened the new Hosko mine early in the year, a significant step in expanding the company’s production capacity and long-term growth strategy.

4. Development of safety culture: The direction is right. We reported more safety observations and near-miss incidents and we corrected quickly our operations if it was needed. The development of the safety culture is also reflected in a clear decrease in the accident frequency rate.

What to expect in 2025?

The year 2025 looks promising. Along with the annual growth in gold production, here are a few things to look forward to:

1. Increase in gold resources: Endomines aims to identify over one million ounces of gold mineralization on the Karelian Gold Line, and exploration will be more intense than ever in 2025.

2. Renewal of the sustainability program: We updated our sustainability program at the end of 2024, and in 2025 we will implement it and communicate about it in more detail.

3. Progress of the Southern Gold Line mining project: The permitting process for Endomines’ Southern Gold Line mining project is currently underway, and the project is progressing as planned. The area’s environmental surveys have already been completed, and the environmental impact assessment program will be completed at the beginning of 2025. The new mine is a key part of our growth strategy. The goal is that in five years, Endomines will be a company of a completely different scale than it is now. Our long-term vision also includes a visitor center where visitors can learn about our operations.
