Endomines’ Young Leaders Achieve Awards: Minni Lempinen Named CFO of the Year and Ilkka Räty COO of the Year
At the Future Leaders Gala organized by the Nordic Listed Leaders network, young leaders who have excelled in their careers were honored. From Endomines’ golden team, two young leaders were awarded: Minni Lempinen was named CFO of the Year and Ilkka Räty COO of the Year.
The Future Leaders Gala was held for the first time this year. The winners were selected based on data, finalists’ written responses, and evaluations by an independent panel.
Strengths: Determination, Courage, and Solution-Oriented Approach
Endomines’ CFO Minni Lempinen was chosen as CFO of the Year for her bold, systematic, and solution-oriented approach. Ilkka Räty‘s selection as COO of the Year was influenced by his exceptional career: Räty entered the workforce directly from high school and has steadily advanced to increasingly demanding roles.
“Lempinen delivers on her promises and knows how to question practices when necessary. Räty, on the other hand, is a straightforward people leader who always bases his proposals on concrete data,” praises CEO Kari Vyhtinen.
The event is backed by the Nordic Listed Leaders network, founded in 2024, which aims to strengthen responsible and impactful Nordic leadership. Members of the network include Anne Brunila, Leena Niemistö, Mikko Tahkola, Piia-Noora Kauppi, and Mikko Ayub.
