Registration for the Annual General Meeting is now open
Endomines Finland Plc’s Annual General Meeting 2025, is held on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 at Helsinki Music Centre. The meeting is held as a hybrid meeting in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 16(2) of the Companies Act.
Registration for the Annual General Meeting has started on April 14th, 2025, at 10.00 (EEST). A shareholder entered in the company’s shareholders’ register who wishes to attend the General Meeting must register no later than May 8th, 2025, at 10.00 (EEST), by which time the registration must be received.
